How do I sign in?
Your employer gives you your username and password. You cannot register for Patrolly yourself.
Forgot your password?
Please ask your supervisor. They can set a new password in the web panel.
NFC scanning does not work
✓Hold the top edge of the iPhone, or the back of the Android phone, still against the tag.
✓Android: turn NFC on in the settings.
✓Damaged tag? Use "Pick manually" in the app – the checkpoint is flagged for review.
No signal?
Scans and photos are saved on the phone and sent automatically when the signal is back.
Delete account and data
Ask your employer or email kontakt@egalactic.com.
